1 General Terms & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the d4999 platform and all related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you are considered to have agreed to all the terms described below.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Payment Methods

4.2 Deposits

4.3 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit — funds will be sent to the mobile number used for the deposit.
• d4999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if bonus requirements have not been met.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, intended for money laundering, or aimed at gaining an unfair advantage, d4999 reserves the right to cancel that transaction and suspend the account.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 Welcome Bonus

d4999's Welcome Bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion is active for a specific period.
• Full bonus terms are listed on each promotion's page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion explicitly allows it.
• d4999 may cancel any bonus issued due to a system error at any time.
• If misuse of bonus benefits is proven, all bonuses and related winnings will be voided.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on d4999 are operated using technology from certified game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt). Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and fair.

• Attempting to withdraw funds through fraudulent payments or chargebacks.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 d4999's Rights

d4999 reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If the account holder is proven to be a minor.
• On the basis of regulatory or legal instructions.

8.2 User Rights

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any verified withdrawable balance will be returned before the account is closed. However, if an investigation is ongoing on the account, withdrawals may be held until the investigation is concluded.
