Responsible Gaming at d4999 — Your Safety Is Our Priority
Enjoy the fun of gaming within your limits — d4999 is committed to keeping you safe and well.
What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?
Online gaming is a great source of entertainment — but it only stays enjoyable when you play in control. At d4999, we believe every player has the right to a safe, transparent, and responsible environment. That is why we provide every user in Bangladesh with the tools and information they need to keep their gaming experience healthy and enjoyable.
Responsible gaming means staying in full control of your time, money, and energy. It is not a restriction — it is a healthy mindset that keeps gaming a source of entertainment rather than a source of stress. Before playing on the d4999 platform, please read the information on this page carefully.
The key points of our guidelines are: strictly observing the age limit, keeping deposit amounts within set limits, taking breaks for a defined period, and providing the option to suspend your account entirely when needed. Every feature at d4999 is built with your wellbeing in mind.
Remember — gaming is always for entertainment. If you ever feel that playing is affecting other areas of your life, contact our support team immediately or use the tools below.
Our Safety Tools
Deposit Limit Setting
You can set the maximum amount you deposit into your account per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect automatically and keeps your budget safe.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break for a while, you can use the time-out feature to temporarily pause your account. You can deactivate your account for a set period (from 1 day up to 6 weeks).
Self-Exclusion
If you need a long-term break, use the self-exclusion tool. This option completely locks your account for an extended period. Once requested through support, d4999 puts it into effect promptly.
Session Time Limit
Instead of playing for a long stretch at a time, set a session time limit. After the set time, you will be automatically reminded and given the chance to take a safe break.
Loss Limit
Set up your account to automatically end a session once losses reach a certain amount. This helps keep your financial losses within bounds.
Reality Check Notifications
You can receive pop-up notifications at set intervals showing how long you have been playing and how much money has been transacted. This keeps you connected to reality.
Recognising Signs of Problem Gambling
If any of the following applies to you, seek help or take a break immediately:
- Being unable to control the amount or time you spend playing, or repeatedly playing beyond your intended limit.
- Feeling the urge to bet more in order to win back money you have lost.
- Giving gaming more priority than family, friends, or work responsibilities.
- Taking on debt or using money set aside for essential expenses in order to gamble.
- Feeling restless, anxious, or depressed when not playing.
- Hiding your gaming habits from family or loved ones.
- Repeatedly failing to take a break despite trying to do so.
Keep in mind: Gaming is entertainment — it is not a guaranteed source of income. There is no certainty of winning in any game. Always play with an amount of money that, if lost, will have no impact on your daily life.
You must be 21 years of age or older to play at d4999.
Why Is the Age Limit Important?
d4999 strictly prohibits anyone under 21 from opening an account or playing any game. Younger people carry a much higher risk of online gaming addiction, and this restriction is essential for their financial protection.
We follow an age verification process at the time of account registration. If there is any suspicion that a minor is using an account, d4999 reserves the right to suspend that account immediately.
If you know that a minor may have access to your device, use parental control software on your device and keep your d4999 account locked with a secure password.

Practical Examples of Gaming Limits
Say you deposit ৳1,000 at d4999 for the first time and receive a 100% welcome bonus. Your total balance will be ৳2,000. A 25x wagering requirement on the bonus means you need to place bets worth ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings. Knowing this figure in advance lets you plan properly.
The minimum withdrawal is ৳800 and the minimum deposit is ৳100 — knowing these limits makes it easy for you to manage your own budget. Always play within your means.
